Applicant Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering areas or professional title whose level and duration of studies are equivalent to those necessary to obtain the corresponding Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience.

Specific skills:
1. Evaluate improvement projects at the design level, based on the analysis of the Life Cycle Cost in the production processes for the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives.
2. Design plans that integrate the organization's strategic definitions in the area of asset management and maintenance to meet the company's goals or objectives in the strategic and tactical-operational areas.
3 Categorize critical equipment and resources through structured analysis methods in production processes, focusing improvement efforts to achieve tactical and strategic objectives.
4. Evaluate current best practices, philosophies, and trends in asset management and maintenance to incorporate them into organizational development, facilitating the achievement of strategic objectives.
5. Design investment plans through the modeling of production systems based on the quantification of operational risks in key processes for solving critical problems of the organization.
6. Implement operational changes using RAM tools within the framework of Life Cycle Cost analysis in the organization's production processes to improve performance seeking to maximize operational continuity.
7. Implement Reliability Engineering tools in critical processes and equipment to improve the achievement of key performance results.
8. Establish the necessary monitoring and control mechanisms in the Maintenance Management area to facilitate the continuous improvement process.
