The University Selection Tests will be administered on January 6 and 7, 2020, and the results will be published on Tuesday, January 28. The application period will run from that day until January 31, while enrollment will take place during the first half of March 2020.

After the modifications to the date of delivery of the University Selection Tests (PSU), due to the current social and political situation of the country, the Council of Rectors of Chilean Universities (CRUCH) confirmed the new calendar of the Admission Process 2020 .

The dates were jointly defined by the CRUCH, the Ministry of Education and the Department of Evaluation, Measurement and Educational Registration (DEMRE) of the University of Chile, so that the students can take the tests in a context of greater tranquility. and have the possibility of traveling to the places of surrender chosen by them without difficulties.

Likewise, this new schedule adjusts the application, selection and enrollment stages with the requirements of the universities, reconciling the deadlines of their academic calendars with the security and confidence with which the results of the admission process must be reviewed and delivered.

As announced during November, on Monday, January 6, the PSU of Language and Communication will be given, at 9:00 a.m., and the elective test of Sciences, from 14:30. On Tuesday, January 7, it will be the turn of the PSU of Mathematics (9.00 am) and the elective test of History, Geography and Social Sciences (2.30 pm).

Subsequently, on Tuesday, January 28, at 8:00 a.m., the PSU results will be published on the Applicant Portal (https://psu.demre.cl/). That same Tuesday, January 28, starting at 9:00 a.m., the application period will begin for the programs offered by the 41 universities that comprise the Unified Admission System (SUA). This process will continue until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31.

The results of applications and student selection will be published on March 2nd on the Applicant Portal and on the websites of the institutions affiliated with the SUA (University Admission System). The first registration period will take place from March 3rd to 5th, and the second from March 6th to 12th; the withdrawal period will run from March 3rd to 12th, 2020.
