goals
The MAFI program aims to provide a solid foundation in economics (macroeconomics and industrial organization); quantitative methods (statistics and econometrics); financial information analysis (IFRS); and corporate finance (capital structure and corporate governance). In this way, the program seeks to train professionals capable of mastering the knowledge and tools necessary to optimally design and manage all types of investment portfolios, as well as understanding the workings of national and international capital markets.
Applicant Profile
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or professional title whose level and content of studies are equivalent to those necessary to obtain a Bachelor's degree.
• Outstanding academic performance in undergraduate studies or have at least 2 years of work experience in the area related to finance and investments.
Graduate profile
The Master's in Finance and Investments (MAFI) at UDP provides graduates with the skills to manage investment or financial advisory units. Graduates of the program will have the knowledge and abilities to:
• Understand the economic environment that affects organizations and how, in turn, this can affect the value of specific companies or financial assets.
• Make high-level financial decisions, with the help of modern tools specific to each type of decision.
• Leading analysis or study groups in the field of investments and in capital market organizations.
• Maintain high ethical standards in your performance as a financial professional.
