The Master's program in People and Organization Management at UDP seeks to train highly qualified managers with specialized skills in the area of people management and a vocation to contribute to an informed and reflective social dialogue that contributes to the development of the country.

Specifically, the Master's program aims to provide its students with training in:
• Updated on the main theories and methodologies in the management of people and teams;
• Focused on developing skills that enable them to diagnose, intervene, manage and administer change in various types of organizations and companies; and .
• That, framed within the seal of appreciation for diversity, discussion of ideas, and connection with the social and business environment that characterizes the Faculty of Business Economics at UDP, allows graduates to lead collaborators and work teams with a collaborative style and a mentality of creating shared value with the different stakeholders.

Applicant Profile

The MDGP program is aimed at people who, regardless of their original profession, need to develop skills and abilities that allow them to manage people and work teams in different types of organizations and companies.

The entry profile is:
• Graduates from a Chilean or foreign university, or equivalent professional title/academic degree.
• The program will consider the applicant's previous experience and professional background in the HR field during the selection process.
• Interest in developing in the area of Human Resources Management. How to express your interest in the program's core areas: Leadership, teamwork, HR strategy, organizational development.

Graduate profile

The Master's in People and Organization Management at UDP provides graduates with the skills to lead human resources departments in organizations. Graduates of the program will have the knowledge and abilities to:

• Understanding the economic and social environment that affects people and organizations and how, in turn, this can be transformed by people and organizations.
• Lead work teams with a collaborative relational model and manage organizational change processes.
• Design strategies to improve organizational performance and health, paying special attention to people, as the protagonists of these processes.
• Implement change programs at the organizational, team, and individual levels; contribute to their effective management; and evaluate their results in terms of their contribution to the business.
• Design people and talent management strategies, aligned with the business and its value proposition, enhancing the contribution of people to organizational improvement.
• Use the talent development tools acquired in the Master's program to enhance your own professional career.
