goals
General objective:
To deepen theoretical and practical knowledge of Educational Psychology, which allows for the foundation of programs and interventions in the educational community, for the improvement of the processes of promoting the integral development of those who participate in it, including meaningful learning and cognitive development of the students as well as the promotion of a healthy coexistence among all its actors.
Specific objectives:
Evaluate the state of coexistence and learning that are part of the educational phenomenon, applying psychological theories that contribute to its understanding, considering diverse contexts of the educational system.
Implement intervention programs to improve the processes of promoting integral development, coexistence and learning, applying methodological tools specific to Psychology, focusing on the creation, implementation and evaluation of programs.
Manage proposals and/or intervention programs in the educational field that promote the improvement of processes for the integral development, coexistence and learning of the members of the educational community.
Applicant Profile
• Hold a professional degree in psychology, issued by a university recognized by the Ministry of Education. For foreign applicants, the same requirements apply as for Chilean applicants; however, certificates must be legalized following the procedures established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education of Chile.
• Have at least one year of professional experience in educational institutions. This information must be supported by a certificate of performance.
Graduate profile
At the end of the program, graduates will be able to:
Design intervention programs in coexistence, integral development and learning; problematizing psychological and educational theories, context characteristics and relevant Public Policies, in order to apply them to specific problematic situations in professional work in education.
To intervene in the educational context, applying strategies and tools of educational psychology within an educational community in favor of healthy coexistence and development

comprehensive and/or the fulfillment of the learning goals associated with the work of educational establishments.
Evaluate the interventions at their different stages of development, considering the particularity of the goals to be achieved in the different intervention tasks, which allow managing and analyzing the different indicators for continuous improvement and the integrity of the work
