goals

The overall objective is:
To train graduates in the organizational fundamentals of business administration to manage and lead organizations that generate value with ethical principles and responsibilities inherent to the business field.
-The specific objectives are:
a) Develop reflective and critical skills for solving various problems related to management at the functional and team levels in organizations.
b) Develop analytical and strategic thinking skills to align company objectives through various organizational improvement methodologies and performance measurement.
c) To train graduates who contribute to the development of people management within the various public and private organizations in the country.

Applicant Profile

The Program's Admission Profile requires applicants to hold a Bachelor's degree and/or a Professional Title equivalent in level and content to a Bachelor's degree, with a duration of at least eight semesters, in a discipline related to the field of Business Administration and Management. In all cases, the Program Committee will evaluate the applicant's academic background. Furthermore, applicants must have a minimum of two years of work experience in the discipline or areas of study covered by the Program.

Graduate profile

Graduates of the Master's Program in Business Administration and Management (MADE) will be able to:
– To resolve complex situations and lead work teams to advise organizations that are embedded in team dynamics through intervention in areas of business activity.
– Apply strategies in the field of business management in diverse contexts through tools that allow for a systematic improvement in organizational performance.
– Develop technical skills in the field of Information Technologies that allow you to interpret complex results derived from the interaction of technologies and algorithms applied to business.
