Applicant Profile
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Anthropology or a professional title whose level, content and duration of studies correspond to training equivalent to the Bachelor's degree at the University of Chile, as determined by the Academic Committee.
Graduate profile
Professionals who are capable of leading educational organizations and/or processes proactively and proactively, enhance the quality of the teaching-learning process and the professional development of teachers through the knowledge, skills and basic values associated with educational management, prioritizing the construction of an educational community and its relationship with its environments.
