The Master's in Management for Globalization offered by the Department of Industrial Engineering seeks to train high-potential change agents to enhance their knowledge and skills for managing companies or organizations with high exposure to international business and the global economy.
Applicant Profile
1.- Have a Bachelor's degree or a Professional Title whose level, content and duration of studies correspond to an equivalent training to that of the Bachelor's degree of the University of Chile.
2. Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
3.- English at a reading comprehension level.

Graduates of the Master's Program in Management for Globalization possess the knowledge and skills to effectively lead multinational companies and organizations in an increasingly complex and multidimensional international context. Their training enables them to thrive in multicultural environments and assume positions of responsibility; design and evaluate strategies with a global vision and focus, and implement them through relevant, efficient, and sustainable initiatives; manage teams; and lead change processes. They are proficient in English as a second language.
