goals
The general objectives of the Master's Program in Genetics are:
1. To provide advanced training in the field of Genetics, both in its theoretical knowledge and in its applications, enabling the student to achieve superior professional performance and to contribute to the deepening of knowledge in the area of Genetics.
2.- To accredit, with a higher academic degree, the advanced training acquired through a systematic program of postgraduate studies.
Applicant Profile
Graduates and national and foreign professionals who hold a degree or professional title related to the advanced curriculum they wish to pursue may apply to the study program.

The Master's program will provide training that enables the student to:
1. To understand and critically analyze the scientific literature on Genetics
2.- To develop and execute research projects in the field of genetics.
3.- Participate in the development and execution of university teaching academic projects in the field of genetics.
4. Apply the scientific method to solve specific genetics problems in both basic and applied sciences.
5.- Prepare and present papers on the discipline at scientific and outreach events.
6.- Provide advice in the field of the discipline to public and private bodies.
