Applicant Profile
Our program is designed for managers and professionals in human resources departments of private and public organizations who wish to develop a strategic perspective to guide their departments' work or enhance their skills to advance their careers. It is also suitable for professionals with experience in people management who want to strengthen their skills or launch an independent career as consultants. Similarly, it is for professionals who wish to begin an academic career focused on people management in organizations.
Graduate profile
Graduates of the Program will have a broad and reflective understanding of human resource management in organizations, permanently linking it to the strategic challenges and socio-political dynamics of institutions. Graduates will be able to conceptualize the various dynamics that converge around human resource management in organizations, enabling them to intervene in complex scenarios through systematic processes of information generation and analysis. By developing or implementing specific tools for performance management, development, or organizational change, graduates will be able to integrate them into a comprehensive human resource management model, considering the recognition of different organizational stakeholders and the ethical consistency of professional practice.
