goals
To contribute to the specialization of professionals who, under the family health model, respond to actions aimed at Health Promotion, in order to improve individual and collective care in the communities in which they are embedded.
Applicant Profile
Health and social professionals who practice their profession in Primary Health Care and/or in Higher Education Institutions, such as: doctors, nurses, nutritionists, kinesiologists, midwives and speech therapists, psychologists, social workers or related professionals, as well as graduates or holders of degrees from the Faculty of Medicine of the UCSC or from any career that the Academic Unit teaches, with an interest in developing health promotion programs in their professional context.
Graduate profile
The graduate of the Master's in Family and Community Health Promotion is a professional with the skills to develop health promotion from a holistic perspective, which allows for better user care, incorporating interventions to improve quality of life, educational methodologies and communication strategies, promoting respect for human dignity.
