goals
To train graduates who develop research projects focused on the analysis, evaluation and production of natural and synthetic bioactive compounds that contribute to the promotion and recovery of the population's health.
Applicant Profile
Candidates for the program must hold a bachelor's degree or professional title with studies equivalent to a bachelor's degree, granted by Chilean universities recognized by the State or foreign universities in programs of biological, chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical, health sciences or other related disciplines.
Graduate profile
Graduates of this program design and develop research projects on the bioactivity of natural and synthetic products that contribute to promoting and restoring public health. They manage their learning critically, efficiently, and creatively, working collaboratively and responsibly based on ethical principles. Furthermore, they value intellectual property as a resource for the appropriation of their research results, with a focus on technology transfer.
