Graduates of this program understand, select, and utilize research theories, methodologies, and strategies that enable them to integrate, analyze, and evaluate diverse sources within the field of adult education in current educational contexts. They provide a socio-political and cultural-critical framework for their research decisions, which are understood as an ongoing process. Their academic work is characterized by autonomy, collaborative work, the ability to communicate their research effectively both orally and in writing, and social and ethical responsibility in accordance with the standards required for their academic degree. They also demonstrate inclusivity and respect for the diversity of youth and adult education in the various settings where this activity takes place.
