To master the fundamental contributions and advances of biological and computer sciences in relation to bioinformatics. To train professionals with the ability to manage and critically evaluate up-to-date information.

Applicant Profile

Hold an academic degree in Computer Science or related fields, and/or an equivalent professional title, or a degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences or related fields, and/or an equivalent professional title.

Graduate profile

Ability to apply standard computer tools to the processing of biological data. Our graduates of the Master of Science in Engineering program possess the skills to develop professionally in industry, continue their studies in a doctoral program, or create independent ventures, establishing technology-based and innovative companies.
