To train professionals with an integrated vision of Quality Management, highly skilled in improving the productivity and efficiency of various production and service processes, conducting scientific research, university teaching, or systematically solving production problems that may arise in an organization, always performing at the highest level. With a solid foundation, students will be equipped to use the necessary tools to apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for the implementation and development of a quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system, interpreting its specifications, rules, and guidelines.

Applicant Profile

Possess a bachelor's degree or professional title, with a duration of at least 8 academic semesters.
For professionals with degrees, at least one year of experience in management is required. For undergraduate students (with a Bachelor's degree), it is required to demonstrate prior experience or a connection to management (undergraduate coursework or professional practice activities).

Graduate profile

The MSGIC postgraduate is a professional trained to design, document, implement, manage, audit, and improve integrated quality management systems in any type of organization, contributing to the development of the region and the country with ethical, technical, and innovative criteria. They possess specific knowledge of quality management, environmental management regulations, and occupational safety standards, which has developed their skills in analyzing, controlling, and optimizing processes, thus contributing to the continuous improvement of the management system. Their leadership and teamwork skills enable them to guide change management processes related to organizational excellence.
The MSGIC postgraduate receives training through specialized courses and other academic activities to become a professional who advises and contributes to the decision-making process in the field of quality, at all levels of the organization (strategic, tactical and operational).
