General objective
To train specialists with critical legal thinking, with a solid background in Public Law and Business Law, acquiring the necessary skills to excel in professional legal practice.

Specific objectives
1. To deepen knowledge of Law from a global perspective, in the areas of Public Law and Business Law, through the analysis of current problems in
professional legal practice.
2. Strengthen argumentation and litigation skills necessary to perform effectively
distinguished in the professional legal practice.
3. Promote critical and reflective thinking about current problems, proposing appropriate solutions for professional legal practice.

Applicant Profile

The Master of Laws is aimed at those who hold a Bachelor's degree leading to the professional title of lawyer issued by a Chilean or foreign university who seek to update and deepen their knowledge in Public Law or Business Law.

Graduate profile

The graduation profile includes the development and evidence of the following competencies or performances:

1. Formulate original and profound solutions to problems in the legal field.
2. Efficiently implements the solutions formulated to social problems of legal relevance.
3. Discern the ethical implications of a social conflict with legal relevance.
4. Communicates in a clear and persuasive manner the arguments that support their legal position in the context of their professional performance.
