Executive committee
This committee assumes the management functions of the Council and serves as the liaison between the Council of Rectors and public sector institutions, especially the Ministry of Education. It oversees the planning of the Council's own projects and the conduct of its sessions. The Committee is chaired by a Rector, the Executive Vice-President, and is composed of an Alternate Executive Vice-President, a Rector representing the Consortium of State Universities of Chile, a Rector representing the Non-State Public Universities, a Rector representing the Association of Regional Universities, and other Rectors elected by the full Council.
