 The rector of the University of Valparaíso, Aldo Valle, and the prominent journalist and sociologist, Magdalena Brown, participated in the meeting.

Communication directors from traditional universities participated in the Communication Meeting: “Education in the press: opportunities and challenges”, held on July 13 at the East Campus of the Catholic University.

The activity, organized by the Council of Rectors, featured the participation of the prominent journalist and sociologist, Magdalena Browne, who analyzed with the professionals how the media are behaving in an increasingly convergent world.
The rector of the University of Valparaíso, Aldo Valle, was in charge of sharing with the audience the progress and upcoming challenges of the Council of Rectors, on the verge of an educational reform.
