Since its inception, the Council of Rectors has met regularly in ordinary and extraordinary sessions. Ordinary sessions are scheduled annually, with one meeting held monthly and organized by one of the member universities. Extraordinary sessions are scheduled according to the needs arising from the work agenda. The Secretary General acts as the certifying officer for each session, preparing the official minutes.
