About the Commission
The Commission, created in March 2018, was established with the aim of contributing to the development of equality policies at the national and international levels, as well as being a benchmark for gender mainstreaming and the eradication of violence in higher education.
Its mission is to promote the strengthening of gender mainstreaming in CRUCH universities through:
- Preparation of proposals.
- Evaluation and monitoring of gender equality policies and plans in universities in all regions of the country, in coordination with other State agencies.
- The CRUCH's involvement in international higher education networks in the field of gender equality policies.
