In the last two years, twenty CRUCH study centers have renewed or ratified their leadership.

The years 2021 and 2022 have been marked by election processes in twenty of the 30 institutions that make up the Council of Rectors of Chilean Universities (CRUCH).
On Monday, September 12, the University of La Serena elected the dean of the Faculty of Social, Business and Legal Sciences as its rector., Luperfina Rojas Escobar. Appointments at Catholic universities
In 2022 there were also changes in the rectorship of the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso.
