To complete and complement the training of business leaders with a deep understanding of management, thus helping them to face a new stage in their life and professional career, developing leadership skills and ethical thinking, so that they can positively influence people, their organizations and society.
Applicant Profile
Professionals with a university degree or higher education degree, or a bachelor's degree equivalent to 8 semesters completed, 15 years of work experience and be 40 years of age or older.
Graduate profile
Graduates will be able to be a business leader with a deep understanding of management, with leadership skills, analytical ability, and critical and ethical thinking, necessary to anticipate, lead, and implement changes within a dynamic environment, and positively influence their workplaces and society at large.
