The UDP MBA program aims to train professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to assume management roles within their organizations, with a collaborative leadership style and a mindset of creating shared value with different stakeholders, contributing to a sustainable economic and social development of the country.

Within the framework of the UDP seal, student training takes place in a pluralistic context that values diversity, fosters discussion of ideas, and connects with the social, business, and international environment to develop strategic skills for today's world, emphasizing the development of five key competencies:
• Comprehensive and applied academic knowledge
• Leadership and teamwork
• Entrepreneurship
• Awareness of the political and social environment
• Critical thinking and strategic decision making

Applicant Profile

The program is designed for professionals with any degree who wish to acquire management knowledge and skills to assume leadership positions in organizations. Students are expected to have at least three years of work experience, aspire to managerial-level leadership roles, and demonstrate an interest in developing expertise in areas related to the program's core themes: social responsibility, innovation and entrepreneurship, leadership development, and internationalization.

Graduate profile

The MBA-UDP graduate will be able to:

• Maximize resources for the benefit of organizations and society based on knowledge of the organizations and their stakeholders.
• Think critically and make strategic decisions, integrating a solid disciplinary knowledge of functional areas of administration and the application of management tools based on empirical evidence.
• Lead teams to achieve organizational goals through the development of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills such as: self-awareness, effective communication, conflict resolution and change management.
• Identify opportunities and challenges arising from market dynamics, and create and implement entrepreneurial projects and innovative solutions.
• Operate effectively in diverse environments by integrating critical dimensions such as social responsibility, business ethics, multicultural awareness and sustainability into their actions within organizations.
