goals

General objective:
To train professionals specializing in the intervention of management systems and organizations, ensuring a focus on the business as a relevant element and with solid training in the integration of quality, environmental, health and occupational safety management systems in public and/or private organizations
Specific objectives:
a) You diagnose, through methodological tools, the needs to implement and/or intervene in management systems and in areas associated with quality, environment, health and occupational safety in public and private organizations
b) analyze the methodological proposals to systematically solve complex problems associated with the implementation of management systems
c) Implement management systems to solve operational problems of management systems in public and private organizations

Applicant Profile

The Master's program is aimed at Engineers or Professionals who work in related activities, who manage management systems in organizations, carry out or manage conformity assessment activities, or develop consulting activities in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of management systems.

Graduate profile

a) Develop solutions to complex problems in the operation and/or intervention of quality management systems, environmental management, occupational health and safety management and integrated systems management
b) to supervise that the implementation complies with the related regulatory standards, such as effective intervention, based on context analysis and integrated risk management
c) design integrated management systems, adapted to the realities of the organizations
