in an efficient and sustainable manner.
2. Strengthen an interdisciplinary vision with an ecosystem approach that emphasizes the study, development, management and handling of water resources and biodiversity at the local and regional level.

Applicant Profile

Applicants to the program must be professionals and graduates linked to the management of natural resources such as: Natural Resource Engineers, Forestry Engineers, Agricultural Engineers, Environmental Engineers, Biologists in Natural Resource Management, Marine Biologists, Aquaculture Engineers, Veterinarians, Bachelors in Biology,
Pedagogy in Natural Sciences and Biology and other related sciences.

Graduate profile

The graduation profile includes the development and evidence of the following competencies or performances:
1. Analyze and critically evaluate the multiple factors that affect natural resources from the development of an interdisciplinary vision with an ecosystem approach in order to manage their conservation and recovery in a context of sustainability.
2. Manages strategies for the conservation of water resources through knowledge of the structure and function of continental aquatic ecosystems within the framework of current policies and regulations.
3. Plan strategies for biodiversity conservation through knowledge and management of ecosystem services, wildlife management, and the design of ecological restoration initiatives.
