General Objective: To provide and improve methodological and intervention skills for:
To optimize the performance of psychology and social science professionals in the field of research or social or organizational intervention.
Specific objectives.
Students who successfully complete the program modules will:
. Updated knowledge about contemporary trends and theories in Social Psychology
. Developed skills to formulate and execute applied research projects in psychology, including the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
. Learned psychological technologies and their effective application to contribute to the development of healthy organizations
Applicant Profile
The program is primarily aimed at psychology graduates and professionals from Chile and abroad. Professionals from related fields who perform related functions will also be accepted.
Graduate profile
Upon passing the modules of the first 3 trimesters, the student will be able to apply for the Diploma in Advanced Studies in Psychology (DEAP), with which they will have developed or updated skills to:
• Describe, analyze and integrate state-of-the-art theoretical models in Social Psychology.
• Formulate and develop research projects in applied social and organizational psychology.
• To efficiently apply psychosocial diagnostic techniques in diverse contexts.
• Design psychosocial and organizational intervention programs and projects.
Upon passing the following three trimesters, completing the sixth, and fulfilling the degree requirements, the student will obtain the Master's degree, thereby developing additional competencies beyond those of the DEAP related to:
• Apply advanced techniques for analyzing statistics and social data (Specialization in Social Research Methodology).
• Design and implement interventions to develop healthy environments and improve the quality of life of people and productivity in their organizations, through evaluations (Mention Management and Development of Healthy Organizations).
• Communicate the results of research that meets the standards of mainstream journals (both Mentions).
