To contribute to the design and implementation of educational policies and programs at the regional, local, and school levels, based on a dynamic vision of national policies in the public, social, and educational spheres. To design processes, organizational structures, information systems, curriculum management and evaluation, and human resources for program implementation. To outline, promote, and collaborate on the changes and innovations (organizational and curricular, among others) required to achieve the objectives and fulfill educational policies.
