• General Objective
To train graduates with solid knowledge to lead and manage school organizations, fostering the formation of a school community with shared goals and committed to the implementation of effective practices that enable quality learning for all its students.
Specific objectives
1.- To build a theoretical basis that allows the graduate to understand, analyze and manage school organizations from and with their different actors, processes and functional areas in order to promote proposals for better management in pursuit of the learning of all students.
2.- To provide graduates with knowledge and skills in the field of management, related to the planning and implementation of strategies in school organizations.
3.- To apply effectively and efficiently the regulatory and normative foundations that determine the architecture of the educational system in Chile.
4.- Contribute to an excellent organizational management through good practices related to data evaluation, information generation, process analysis and proper accountability.
