Graduates of the Master's Program in Leadership and Management of Educational Organizations at the University of Playa Ancha possess the following general competencies: 1. Lead educational organizations focused on learning to articulate and achieve shared objectives and goals. 2. Manage the processes of educational organizations from a systemic, learning-centered perspective, considering internal and contextual factors. 3. Compare the theory and practice of management and leadership through educational research to promote the transformation of educational organizations through a continuous improvement approach.
