The Master's Program in Innovation and Agri-food Management has the following fundamental objective:
To train graduates with advanced professional skills, capable of successfully leading productive management and technological innovation, based on quality and food safety paradigms in a climate change scenario, contributing to solving complex problems in the agri-food sector.

Students in the Master's Program in Innovation and Agri-food Management must hold a bachelor's degree in the area of agricultural sciences, food science, natural resources, economic sciences, applied social sciences and other related fields.

In general terms, graduates of this program will have:
The Master in Innovation and Agri-food Management is a postgraduate program with the capacity to perform in (1) Innovation and problem-solving and detection of opportunities, adding value to agri-food production, (2) incorporation of quality assurance and improvement systems in production processes, and (3) development and management of agri-food projects based on relevant regulations and legislation.
Graduates of the Master's in Innovation and Agri-food Management at the University of La Frontera will be able to work in public and private services, research and development centers, producer associations, non-governmental organizations and other local participation bodies, and in the free practice of the profession.
