The Master's Degree in Management and Public Policy at the University of Tarapacá has the general objective of enabling professionals to implement strategic and operational plans for public organizations, to efficiently and effectively manage the resources of a company or public service, and to work ethically and with a spirit of public service.

Applicant Profile

Applicants to this program must meet at least one of the following admission requirements:
– Title of Commercial Engineer
– Title of Auditor Accountant or Public Auditor Accountant.
– Degree in Information Systems and Management Control Engineering or equivalent.
– Title of Civil Engineer, Public Administrator.
– Other professionals who hold a bachelor's degree and have had formal university training in the area of business administration, public administration, with at least 8 semesters.
– Professionals trained abroad who have recognized training equivalent to that mentioned.
– Officers of the national and foreign Armed Forces and Law Enforcement.
– Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in other specialties.
– Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree obtained abroad.
– University degree or its equivalent of 8 or more semesters in national or foreign institutions.
– Other professionals who pass the selection exam.

Graduate profile

The Master in Management and Public Policy at the University of Tarapacá will produce graduates with analytical skills and technical competencies necessary to participate effectively in the processes of developing, making decisions and managing public policies, as well as in the administration of companies and public services, within the new socio-economic context.
