To train competent professionals in leadership and school management with a pedagogical focus, within the framework of a collaborative and inclusive culture from a Christian humanist vision to develop effective management practices that promote the improvement of schools in the region and the country.
Applicant Profile
The general admission criteria for postgraduate programs at UC Temuco are described in the Postgraduate Regulations, which state that, to be admitted to a master's program, the applicant must hold a bachelor's degree or a professional title whose level, content and duration of studies is equivalent to that required for a bachelor's degree.
Graduate profile
The graduation profile includes the development and evidence of the following competencies or performances:
1. Lead the institutional educational project through democratic and participatory practices that allow the construction of a shared vision among the people who make up the educational community for the achievement of common objectives of the school.

3- Develops knowledge, skills and attitudes of the people and professionals who work in the educational center, generating a collaborative professional culture and joint working conditions that promote permanent training for the improvement of the educational processes and learning of the organization.
4. Manages teaching and learning processes by leading a set of pedagogical actions developed in learning communities, aimed at supporting and evaluating teaching, ensuring curriculum implementation, providing the necessary resources, and monitoring the progression of student learning.
5. Manage school coexistence with an ethical and moral sense from a formative and participatory approach, generating an institutional climate of trust expressed in a policy and practices that promote a culture of inclusion for the development of educational processes in the institution.
5. Manage the school center according to the priorities of the institutional educational project, legal regulations, national and local policies for timely decision-making based on evidence about processes, resources, spaces and time, within the framework of a culture of continuous improvement.
