The overall objective of the Master's Degree in People Management and Organizational Dynamics is to train professionals for the effective management of Chilean organizations by developing competitive advantages in the people and groups that work there.
The Master's in Human Resource Management and Organizational Dynamics prepares professionals to address the challenges facing modern organizations and to manage human capabilities that enable them to solve problems and creatively meet challenges. This program also aims to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to manage organizations that promote well-being and fair treatment of employees while maintaining responsible relationships with society.
Applicant Profile
Those who meet the following requirements may apply to the program leading to the Master's degree in People Management and Organizational Dynamics:
1.- To hold a Bachelor's degree or professional title whose level, content and duration of studies correspond to training equivalent to that of a Bachelor's degree at the University of Chile, as determined by the Academic Committee
2. Demonstrate prior training relevant to the aims and requirements of the Master's Program in Human Resource Management and Organizational Dynamics. The Academic Committee may require that, in addition to reviewing the applicant's background, their knowledge and skills in the program's disciplines be evaluated. This evaluation may consist of an examination or other mechanisms that objectively assess their level of preparation.
Graduate profile
Graduates of the Master's in People Management and Organizational Dynamics will be able to understand and apply concepts, theories, practices and methodologies of people management and organizational dynamics to face organizational challenges or problems.
Likewise, you will be able to analyze and understand the problems that surround current organizations in order to manage human capabilities that allow you to solve problems and face challenges with creativity.
Finally, they are expected to be professionals capable of discussing, developing, and effectively communicating proposed solutions to address organizational challenges.
