The Master's in Organizational Management aims to contribute to the development of the region's human capital through postgraduate training focused on enhancing critical thinking, a service-oriented mindset, and the management skills inherent in the administrative, managerial, and executive processes present in organizations of diverse natures. To this end, it complements management-related learning with that related to information management for decision-making—knowledge essential in modern management and rarely addressed by regional Master's programs—while maintaining a global perspective based on leadership, personal effectiveness, and communication.
