General objective:
The Master in Operations Management aims to provide advanced knowledge, techniques and tools, through a scientific approach, so that graduates can design, analyze and manage complex systems in the area of Operations Management, and disseminate their developments to the scientific and professional community.
Specific objectives:
To train a graduate capable of:
1. Solve complex problems associated with the management of production and service systems.
2. Mathematically model and solve optimization problems associated with the area of Operations Management.
3. Disseminate the results and progress of your research to the community.
Applicant Profile
Applicants to the program must demonstrate an intermediate level of competence in the area of Operations Research and Operations Management, a basic level in the area of Programming, and a minimum English level A2 (or equivalent).
Graduate profile
Graduates of the Master's Program in Operations Management are professionals capable of optimizing the management of production and service systems, a fundamental basis for business competitiveness. In this regard, they must be able to design and manage complex systems in the field of Operations Management, using management frameworks based on decision-making models and specialized software. Additionally, graduates will be able to analyze and write scientific articles for mainstream journals.
