goals

General Objective: To contribute to training specialists in the field of innovation management and technological entrepreneurship through the strengthening of productive, organizational and social capacities, the consolidation of sectoral development initiatives to promote new technological ventures and the increase of existing professional capacities for the formulation of scientific-technological policies.
Specific Objectives: To promote applied research in the areas of innovation and technological entrepreneurship in both public and private organizations. To establish national and international university networks of interest to this Master's program, especially in Latin America. To consolidate lines of research and interdisciplinary work in the areas of innovation management and technological entrepreneurship, resulting in publications, patents, and other projects that impact business productivity. To strengthen the educational offerings in technology and innovation management for diverse educational pathways related to the program's scope.

Applicant Profile

Hold an Academic Degree in disciplines related to the field of engineering and/or technologies or an equivalent professional title such as Public Administration, Industrial Administration or others equivalent in level and content to a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum duration of 8 academic semesters or four years of training.

Graduate profile

To manage the development and strengthening of innovation in companies, as well as the development of new technology-based ventures or those based on the intensive use of technology, from a perspective of sustainability and social responsibility.
– To strengthen the productive management of companies through the development of technological management and innovation functions by applying relevant strategies and methodologies.
– Use organizational management models for technology-based companies or those that make intensive use of them, placing innovation and creativity as a central axis in the processes and focusing on improving their productivity levels.
– Formulate technical assistance and technology transfer projects, promoting value creation initiatives based on innovation and technology, with relevant consideration of social and environmental aspects.
