Applicant Profile

The Master in Business Management is intended for Commercial Engineers, Industrial Civil Engineers, Computer Civil Engineers, Auditor Accountants, Business Administration Engineers and Computer and Information Technology Execution Engineers who have training and/or experience in Information Technologies applied to Organizations.

Graduate profile

Graduates of this Master's in Business Management program are highly specialized in management, socially responsible, and prepared to propose and manage innovative, effective, and efficient solutions to organizational problems. They incorporate information systems and technologies to manage the changes generated in today's competitive environment. Specifically, graduates are expected to be able to: Apply knowledge of Business Management and Information Systems and Technologies to solve organizational problems; incorporate best management practices associated with available resources into organizational processes; use the principles of integrated business processes in organizations within a globalized context; manage organizational transformation processes by applying Change Management principles; promote organizational innovation processes by facilitating the development of people's skills; and incorporate corporate social responsibility into business decisions.
