goals
To train researchers capable of performing philosophical work, from a critical dialogue, at a high level in the national (and international) environment and to provide a solid foundation of research skills to those who will continue with doctoral studies.

Graduate profile
The Master's in Philosophy will develop in those who have already acquired basic training in the discipline, the necessary skills for research, providing the first tools that lead to professional intervention in the discussions of the areas in which the program teaches and conducts research.
Lines of investigation
The Institute of Philosophy brings together specialists in the thought of Aristotle, Augustine, Thomas Aquinas, Machiavelli, Montesquieu, Merleau-Ponty and others, and has several active lines of research, both in practical and theoretical philosophy.
