To train professionals who have the theoretical foundations for the understanding of philosophical problems in the lines of Phenomenology and Hermeneutics, Ethics and Political Philosophy, Mind, Language and Knowledge, Philosophy of Religion and History of Philosophy.

Applicant Profile

The program is aimed especially at graduates in Philosophy and graduates and professionals from other disciplines linked to the Humanities and Social Sciences.

Graduate profile

• Ability to analyze and understand problems and topics related to the Master's research areas. • Ability to conduct independent research in the discipline. • Specific mastery of at least one topic relevant to one of the program's research lines, which will be demonstrated primarily through the thesis work.

Lines of investigation

The Master's program is structured according to five consolidated research programs in the Department of Philosophy: Phenomenology and Hermeneutics; Ethics and Political Philosophy; History of Philosophy; Philosophy of Religion; and Mind, Language and Knowledge.
