goals
The objectives of the Master's Program in Pharmacology are:
1.- To provide advanced training in the field of Biomedicine, both in its theoretical knowledge and in its applications, enabling superior professional performance and contributing to the deepening of knowledge in the area of Pharmacology.
2.- To accredit, with a higher academic degree, the advanced training acquired through a systematic program of postgraduate studies.
Applicant Profile
Graduates and professionals, both national and international, holding a degree or professional title related to the advanced curriculum they wish to pursue are eligible to apply to the program. (Biochemists; Pharmaceutical Chemists; Health professionals and related fields)
Graduate profile
The graduate of this program will be a free-thinking and independent professional with high competence in the development and application of Pharmacology, capable of generating, transmitting and disseminating knowledge in the area, integrating research teams and/or clinical teams, providing advice specific to the discipline to public and private organizations, forming support networks and procuring resources to carry out their activity in a self-sustaining manner.
The graduate of the Master's program in Pharmacology will carry out the above within a framework of irreproachable ethical conduct in clinical practice and research, in accordance with the value-based content of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Chile.

2.- Molecular Pharmacology of Cancer and Infectious Diseases.
3. Neuropharmacology.
4. Drug Development and Public Health.
5.- Pharmacology of Oxidative Stress.
