The aim is to provide candidates with theoretical tools and basic methodologies that will allow them to deepen their knowledge of the most relevant topics within this field, with special emphasis on the diversity of existing approaches and the need to develop a capacity for critical reflection in the study of international problems.
Applicant Profile
To hold a bachelor's degree or professional title, awarded by national or foreign universities, or by higher education institutes, whose level, content and duration of studies correspond to training equivalent to that of a bachelor's degree at the University of Chile, as determined by the Academic Committee of the Program.
Graduate profile
This program provides its graduates with a solid and comprehensive education in the field of international relations. It is one of the most established programs in the area and the first of its kind to be offered nationally, also being one of the oldest in Latin America. Its priorities include a multidisciplinary approach to international affairs.

The four main areas of development for the Master's program are: International Relations, Political Science, International Law, and International Economics
