It is in this sense that the Master in Education contributes to the complex training of professionals, from a practical experience of diverse, inter and multidisciplinary work, through reflection-action; generation of strategies, the design and implementation of contextualized, diverse, inclusive and intercultural educational projects and the dissemination of the knowledge generated, from experiences and research of the same institution or others, both nationally and internationally.
Applicant Profile
Professional with a bachelor's degree, interested in the topics of inclusion, diversity and interculturality applicable in their work field, who shows interest in reflection, inquiry and development of innovative educational proposals.
Basic Office and Internet user.
Ability to work independently and self-regulated individually and in groups
Graduate profile
Graduates of the Master's Program in Education for Inclusion, Diversity and Interculturality will be able to work in the formulation, execution, evaluation and advising of educational proposals with a strong emphasis on the recognition and inclusive appreciation of diversity and interculturality in its different areas.
