goals
1. To contribute to the training of professionals in the field of education that promotes the resolution of problems associated with school learning, in the area of curriculum and evaluation in diverse, inclusive and intercultural educational scenarios.
2. To promote an analytical, reflective, critical and innovative professional performance, oriented towards improving the quality of education in Chile and the southern macro zone, committed to the values of the institutional work, especially with the characteristics that configure the specificity of the territoriality where they will develop as postgraduates.
Applicant Profile
The master's program is specifically designed for professors and other professionals in the field, preferably those currently working in the profession. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree and/or a professional qualification with a curriculum equivalent to at least eight semesters (240 SCT-Chile credits).
Graduate profile
The graduation profile includes the development and evidence of the following competencies or performances:
1. Generates innovative proposals, in light of new approaches to curriculum practice and evaluation, to solve in an original way and from an understanding of the territory where it is located, problems related to the learning of all students.
2. Apply situated learning proposals, systematically collecting information, analyzing and critically reflecting on their implications in practice, to promote improvement from an inclusive and intercultural perspective.
3. Evaluates processes and results of implementation of learning proposals, building knowledge relevant to the professional performance environment, based on critical analytical and reflective processes from a socially and ethically responsible perspective.
