The Master's in Education is a professional program designed to train graduates with strong competencies and skills in the field of education. It aims to equip future graduates to become pioneers of new knowledge through research that leads to improvements in education.

Applicant Profile

Anyone holding a professional degree (from a program of at least eight semesters) or a university degree is eligible to apply to the Master's Program in Education. The degree must be at least equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Education. Applicants must also have the teaching experience and documentation specified in the application requirements.

Graduate profile

Graduates of the Master's in Education program at the University of Tarapacá will be able to successfully enter the labor market and contribute to the development of regional society, projecting their work within the context of the South Central Andean Region.
Possesses advanced knowledge in Educational Sciences with critical thinking, a reflective and proactive attitude towards change, enabling him to address complex educational problems based on well-founded and up-to-date theories of education.
