Graduate profile

Graduates of the UDP Master's Program in Publishing will understand the characteristics of all components of the publishing system (authors, agents, editors, content distributors, readers, critics, and academia), as well as the phases of the publishing process, from contacting and negotiating with authors to the overall production of texts, taking into account the characteristics of the local publishing field. They will be able to identify the business and cultural dimensions of contemporary publishing and understand the changes in markets, cultural sensibilities, and communication technologies that are related to their work. In this way, they will be able to:
