The program seeks to train a superior professional with the necessary skills to assume the management and direction of companies and institutions that develop and execute real estate products, being responsible for creating, designing, directing and executing innovative, efficient, coherent, sustainable and socially responsible projects with the effective and potential demands.
Applicant Profile
Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in the disciplinary area whose level, content, and duration of studies correspond to training equivalent to that of a Bachelor's degree at the University of Chile. If the degree or title is not directly related to the area, experience in the real estate sector is required.
Graduate profile
Professionals with the necessary skills to incorporate significant changes in the management of companies and institutions, preferably in the real estate and construction sector, based on the innovative use of product management that adequately considers the tools for studying, analyzing, and evaluating market sensitivities, skills, needs, projections, and financing options, leading to increased creativity and competitiveness, transforming them into leaders committed to the social and material development of the real estate and construction industry.
