It seeks to provide the knowledge and background necessary for a greater understanding and a better capacity for analysis, from a multidisciplinary perspective, regarding the complexities of development processes at the national, regional and global levels, and the importance of cooperation between states, international organizations and civil society, as an international public policy and contribution to national development priorities.
Applicant Profile
To hold a bachelor's degree or professional title, awarded by national or foreign universities, or by higher education institutes, whose level, content and duration of studies correspond to training equivalent to that of a bachelor's degree at the University of Chile, as determined by the Academic Committee of the Program.

Contribute to the analysis of diverse development processes, enabling you to define policies and improve the practice and definition of international cooperation strategies for development, considering the various cultural, social, political, and economic realities. Acquire the necessary tools to strengthen your management skills, using an approach that facilitates dialogue, understanding, and collaborative analytical work. Become familiar with the theoretical, practical, and ethical criteria that allow you to propose and design policies, plans, and action processes that contribute to the economic, social, and cultural development of our societies.
