Graduate profile
The graduate of the Master's program will be a professional prepared to understand, analyze, evaluate and solve legal problems related to tort law, general and special civil liability, and the procedural law applicable to it, considering the ethical and normative principles of the professional field.
Lines of investigation
The program's professors work on the following lines of research: damages; strict liability; subjective liability and litigation in the field of civil liability.
