To train students to develop research skills in social sciences and professional performance in both the public and private sectors.
Applicant Profile
To apply to the Program, the candidate must have obtained a Bachelor's degree or professional title in the field of Social Sciences or in related disciplinary fields, whose level, content and duration of studies correspond to an equivalent training to that of the Bachelor's degree or title of the University of Chile.
Graduate profile
At the end of the program, graduates will have acquired a general education about societies and their modernization processes, based on contemporary sociological perspectives and modernization theories, as well as a set of methodological tools oriented towards research, project development and public policy evaluation
