The Master's Program in Chemical Sciences aims to train high-level researchers in the diverse areas of the vast field of chemistry. It focuses on specific areas of chemical sciences, providing the ability to conduct research in these areas using up-to-date techniques.
Applicant Profile
To hold a Bachelor's degree or professional title whose level, content and duration of studies correspond to an equivalent training to that of a Bachelor's degree at the University of Chile.
Demonstrate prior training in accordance with the aims and requirements of the Program to which you are applying.
Students of the Bachelor of Science degrees with a specialization in Chemistry and the Bachelor of Environmental Science degrees with a specialization in Chemistry from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Chile in the linkage modality.
Graduate profile
Graduates must acquire broad and up-to-date knowledge, mastery of fundamental concepts, and the ability to face new problems.
Graduates will be able to work in research laboratories, public and private institutions related to the various areas of chemistry, and higher or secondary education. They will also be eligible to pursue doctoral programs in chemistry.
